NEW! Standard 7^® NbV for optimised constructions

WINKEL presents the new U-profile Standard 7^® NbV, made of high-quality hot-rolled steel in S450 J2 mod. and sandblasted. The Standard 7^® NbV closes the gap between the Standard 6NbV and 8NbV profiles and can therefore be used for applications and constructions up to 8t. WINKEL naturally also offers a matching Bearing system (see table below), in the versions axially fixed, adjustable, with and without flangeplates.

On request, the Standard 7^® NbV profile is also available in fine-straightened versions (± 0.3 mm/rm.). WINKEL also offers complete profile machining according to customer drawings. The Standard 7^® NbV Profil can be ordered immediately from stock in fixed lengths up to a maximum length of 12m. In addition, the guide system is also available in a precision version for less clearance between the Bearing and profile.

With the new U-profile Standard 7^® NbV, WINKEL offers a cost-effective and high-quality solution for linear guides up to 8t in the application range of NbV profiles and thus meets the increased requirements from the construction sector.
