WINKEL GmbH presents the newly designed FAST PICK STATION. This innovative product was specially developed to optimise the picking process while providing an ergonomic workplace.

The FAST PICK STATION redefines picking: it combines efficient processes, high picking performance and the highest picking quality with gentle goods handling. This uniform solution consists of a picking table, chute and film stretcher, which enable fast and high-quality picking on pallets. The pallets are safely conveyed downwards and immediately stretched to secure them for further transport.

A prominent feature of this redesign is the siliconised work surface, which offers improved glide and is virtually maintenance-free. This improvement promotes smooth handling of products and minimises the likelihood of damage to packages.

In addition to the optimised work surface, the operation of the FAST PICK STATION has been revised. It is now much easier for the operator as he can handle the packages with less force. The controls and signal lights are now placed at the top of the work surface, allowing for more intuitive and ergonomic handling.

In the course of this revision, WINKEL has also modernised the design of the FAST PICK STATION. With a smooth, homogeneous and clearly structured surface, it is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain. The adjustable pins for pallet positioning are now easily accessible via hinges, which further improves user-friendliness.
