Especially suitable for use in the warehouse are WINKEL pallet lifter, which can move almost any type of goods quickly and reliably due to their large customisation possibilities.
Likewise offer WINKEL pallet feeding stationsand pallet storage a perfect solution to handle pallets within the material flow.
For the loading and unloading of pallets, wire mesh boxes and other load carriers, the ergonomic Commissioner- (FAST PICK) / depalletising stations.
The WINKEL container stacker is also available for unloading/stacking boxes or so-called KLTsseries a suitable solution.
To enable the lifting systems to be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries, there are special lifting systems in stainless steel. Furthermore, NSF-H1 certified lubricant is used for these lifting masts, lifter and lifting devices. In addition, care is taken at the design and manufacturing stages to ensure that areas where dust or dirt can collect are avoided to prevent contamination of food or pharmaceutical products.
Especially suitable for integration into a production line are WINKEL automotive lifters, which can move almost any type of component (e.g. batteries, body parts, tyres, rotors, stators, production material) quickly and reliably due to their customisability.
Stacking lifts ensure edge-precise manual stacking after cutting and are also used for transferring printed sheets to printing presses. For easy loading, the load receptor of the stacking lift (tray) has a bevelled front edge.
By using the stacking lift, safety and ergonomics at the workplace are improved due to the adjustable working height and the safety area of 17cm above the floor.
Lift masts and masts for forklift trucks and AGVs are characterised by a long service life. In addition, they impress with their sophisticated technology, which ensures optimum visibility and a high level of safety. In addition, the unique variety of types, which consists of more than 20,000 different masts, enables the connection to almost any transport system.
For use in assembly, there are classic box and assembly lifters, as well as lifting and turning devices, which are always delivered ready to plug in, including complete safety technology. This allows the workpieces to be brought into an ergonomic position and machined there.
In addition to our standard devices, special versions are produced for the ergonomic assembly of larger workpieces, such as the assembly of gears or for welding workplaces.
Basically, all conveyors must be doweled to the floor. In addition, these should be connected to a wall or the steel structure at each separation point and in the upper third.
For One-pillar lifter, however, sufficient stability can be achieved by reinforcing the lifting mast, up to a height of 6 metres, by fixing it to the ground. This structure of the pallet lifter is also called free-standing .
Lift masts are attached to the transport vehicle and require no additional connection.
Vertical conveyors are used in internal logistics to move goods or pallets upwards or downwards. Vertical conveyors for the automotive industry are lifters that transport certain vehicle parts vertically or downwards and thus overcome different levels and functional areas. This means that even mezzanine floors of a racking or production facility can be easily served with a vertical conveyor. In addition, these vertical conveyors are manufactured with the equipment required for the automotive industry, e.g. with stand-by drives, counterweights, staking.
For use in the warehouse, lifters are usually used which are integrated into the warehouse control system. In order to achieve the planned goods throughput, these lifters must have certain travel speeds. Basically, all WINKEL pallet lifters are suitable for use in the warehouse.
To enable the use of lifting systems in the pharmaceutical industry, lifters made of stainless steel are used. These lifting systems in the pharmaceutical industry use NSF-H1, a certified lubricant. In addition, the stainless steel lifters are designed in such a way that places where dust/dirt can collect are avoided.
