The gantry system consists of two high-performance Z-axes that can operate both synchronously and independently. This allows a wide variety of industrial processes to be implemented with maximum flexibility and efficiency. The system is complemented by a Y-axis with an impressive span of 33 ft (10 m), making it ideal for large-scale processing areas.
The X-axis is equipped with a robust friction wheel drive and is especially suitable for long travel distances combined with high operating speeds. This enables fast positioning times and cost-efficient operation, even for large system dimensions.
The vertical axes feature a payload capacity of 3,300 lbs (1,500 kg) each, a vertical stroke of 59 in (1,500 mm), and a travel speed of 1.64 ft/s (0.5 m/s). Combined with specially engineered support structures, the result is a highly stable and durable gantry system designed for continuous industrial operation.
