The proven WINKEL Standard 6 steel profile will be installed in the listed Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Illingen, 22.09.2021 – The WINKEL profiles form the linear guide for the drive of a new inspection platform of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Particular emphasis is placed on maximum load capacity and a weatherproof option for the profiles.

Officially opened in 1932, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is the main link between Sydney's north and south coasts across Sydney Harbour (Port Jackson). The bridge was listed as a national monument on the Australian National Heritage List on its 75th anniversary in 2007.
