This modular solution revolutionises the stacking and destacking of boxes. With the ability to automatically handle different types of totes efficiently with high performance, the WINKEL BSS & BSS-N box stackers save valuable time and increase productivity in a wide range of industrial applications.

The BSS & BSS-N series of box stackers are robustly built and designed for multi-shift operation. They offer high flexibility with the ability to handle up to three stacks at a time and even non-standard bins can be used. Thanks to their good accessibility, maintenance is easy to perform. Optional enclosures and controls are available.

The box stackers consist of a lifting and a clamping unit, which enables containers to be stacked quickly and efficiently or stacked containers to be destacked. For nestable containers, there is an additional clamp unit that allows the containers to be pulled apart or pushed into each other. Depending on the model, the bin stackers can handle stacks weighing up to 150 kg and up to 2,000 mm high, with a destacking/stacking speed of up to 2,550 boxes per hour.

WINKEL box stackers are easy to integrate and are used in a wide range of industries, including the automotive and supplier industry, the food trade, the textile industry and the drugstore sector.
