Anticorrosion Protection
The rails are sandblasted and painted.
The sliders are galvanized.
Speed
TheMONORAIL system is designed for speeds up to5m/sec.
Tolerances
The straightness of the rail is ± 0.2mm per meter.
Lubrication
For an excellent use of theMONORAIL system it is necessary
to lubricate the hardened guide rods.
The guide rods has to be lubricated by the lubrication points
on the slider.
The lubricants will be put to the rod by the felt wipers.
For lubrication useOil VG 32.
The lubrication interval depends on the following factors;
working conditions, speed and temperature.
The bearings are lubricated for life.
Max. working temperatures
–20°C to +100°C (–4°F to 212°F)
