For a globally operating Swedish furniture manufacturer, WINKEL GmbH, in collaboration with a systems integrator, implemented a customized solution for the automated handling of furniture components within the packaging process.

The RLE robot gantry axes handle the transfer of furniture parts from conveyor systems and their precise placement into cardboard boxes, which are then securely closed for shipment. The system features four RLE-H-750 gantry axes, each equipped with two six-axis FANUC robots (model M-710iC/50_70) operating with high precision and efficiency.
