138 Protezione superficiale per cuscinetti WINKEL: rivestimento HARTCHROM Il rivestimento HARTCHROM: Il rivestimento è estremamente adesivo, a bassa fessurazione, rivestimento cromato denso, duro e di elevata purezza con una struttura di forma micro sferica. È un rivestimento di cromo puramente metallico con uno spessore dello strato di 2-12 µm. Il processo di cromatura viene eseguito nella tecnologia del reattore chiuso in un intervallo di temperatura di 50-60 °C. La distorsione della geometria del componente è quindi esclusa. Tutti i cuscinetti in acciaio WINKEL contenuti in questo catalogo sono disponibile con rivestimento in cromo duro su richiesta. It is a purely metallic chrome coating with a layer thickness of 2-12 µm. The chrome plating process is carried out in closed reactor technology in at a temperature range of 50-60 °C. Deformation of the component geometry is therefore excluded. All WINKEL steel bearings contained in this catalogue are available with HARTCHROM coating on request. Advantages of the HARTCHROM coating: Corrosion protection In contrast to conventional coatings, the low-crack hardchrome layer protects the base material permanently and sustainably against chemical and mechanical corrosion processes. Adhesion The bond between the hardchrome layer and the base substrate is of a molecular nature. It is therefore almost impossible for the layer to lift off the base material.
