WINKEL-Hochtemperaturrollen können bis 250 °C Um- gebungstemperatur eingesetzt werden. Die max. Verfahrgeschwindigkeit der WINKEL-Rollen in Stahlausführung beträgt 3 m/s. Für die Ausführung in VULKOLLAN ® und POLYAMID beträgt die max. Verfahr- geschwindigkeit 6 m/s. Das Spiel zwischen Axialrolle und Profilinnenseite sollte max. 0,5 mm betragen. WINKEL-Rollen werden bei der Montage mit Schmierfett Grad 3 (z.B. Shell Gadus S2 V100 3) befettet. WINKEL High Temperature Bearings can be used at max. +250 °C environmental temperature. The max. speed for WINKEL Bearings in steel version is 3 m/s. For VULKOLLAN ® and POLYAMIDE kind of bearings is the max. speed 6 m/s. The clearance between axial bearing and inner side of the profile should not exceed 0,5 mm. WINKEL Bearings are lubricated with grease grade 3 (e.g. Shell Gadus S2 V100 3). Die Laufflächen der Profile sollten nicht lackiert werden, leichtes Einfetten ist ausreichend.
