Korrosionsschutz
für Profile
Alle WINKEL-Profile sind in korrosionsgeschützter und be-
schichteter Ausführung lieferbar. Wir liefern Ihre Führungen
komplett bearbeitet und beschichtet für sofortigen Einbau.
Folgende Verfahren stehen zur Auswahl:
Galvanisch verzinkt
Alle Stahlprofile sind bis 3 m Länge in weiß oder gelb ver-
zinkter Ausführung auf Anfrage lieferbar.
Spritzflamm verzinkt
Alle WINKEL-Profile sind in Längen bis zu 12 m in spritz-
flammverzinkter Ausführung lieferbar. Komplette Schweiß-
konstruktionenmitWINKELProfilen sindunabhängig vonden
Bauabmessungen in spritzflammverzinkter Ausführung liefer-
bar. Während des Auftragungsprozesses entsteht eine hoch-
wertige Schutzschicht, die galvanischen Zinkschichten über-
legen ist. Die aufgetrageneSchichtdickebeträgt zwischen0,1
und 0,3mm.
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass bei Verwendung von WINKEL-
Rollen die Zinkschicht auf der Lauffläche nicht abplatzt.
Corrosion protection
for profiles
All WINKEL profiles are available in corrosion protected ver-
sion. We deliver your profiles completely machined and gal-
vanized ready tomount.
Following coatings are available:
Chemical galvanized
All steel profileswith lengths up to 3m are available inwhite
or yellow galvanized version on request.
Plasma galvanizing
All WINKEL profiles with lengths up to 12 m are available in
plasma galvanized version. Completely welded constructions
with our profiles are available in coated version, independent
from their size. Plasma galvanized surfaces are superior to
normal zinc coatings. The thickness of the coatings vary from
0,1 to 0,3mm.
The usage of WINKEL Bearings on the raceway do not crack
off the coating.
