Siehe Seite 20. Nachschmierung Unsere WINKEL-Rollen sind vollrollige Zylinderrollenlager, welche für den Einschicht- sowie unregelmäßigen Betrieb lebensdauergeschmiert sind. Wir können Ihnen aufgrund unserer langjährigen Erfahrung bestätigen, dass es bei diesen Anwendungen keinerlei Einschränkung der Lebensdauer bei normalen Applikationen gibt. Bei Einsatzfällen wie z.B. in Lager- und Maschinenhallen genügt eine leichte Oberflächenkonservierung mit handelsüblichem Sprühöl, sowie eine regelmäßige Abschmierung alle 6 Monate. Die WINKEL-Rollen 4.054 bis 4.064 sind zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer nachschmierbar. Generell sind die Nachschmierbohrungen mit Gewindestopfen M6 verschlossen. Die Auslieferung erfolgt ohne Schmiernippel. Bei besonderen Umwelteinflüssen, wie Staub, Schmutzanfall, Feuchtigkeit, Betrieb im Freien, Temperaturen über 40 °C, häufige Lastwechsel (Dauerbetrieb) und hohen Beanspruchungen sollte mindestens 1 mal im Monat nachgeschmiert werden. Hierzu empfehlen wir Ihnen den Einsatz unseres Schmiersystems WINKEL Combi-Lub 1 oder eine Zentralschmierung. WINKEL-Rollen werden bei der Montage mit Schmierfett Grad 3 (z.B. Shell Gadus S2 V100 3) befettet. Verarbeitung Beim Einschweißen von WINKEL-Rollen deren Außendurchmesser kleiner als 100 mm ist, müssen die Lagerteile demontiert werden. WINKEL-Rollen mit einem Aussendurchmesser größer 130 mm müssen beidseitig verschweißt werden. Nach der Lagermontage oder Justierung müssen die Befestigungsschrauben wieder mit Loctite gesichert werden. Um Spannungsrisse beim Einschweißen zu vermeiden, sollten ausschließlich Fülldraht für unlegierte Stähle verwendet werden, z. B. Fülldraht T 46 6 M M 1 H5 nach ISO17632. Relubrication Our WINKEL Bearings are full complement cylindrical rollers which are lifetime lubricated for one shift and unsteady operation. Due to many years of experience we can assure you that for these kinds of use there will be no reduction of lifetime at normal applications. For applications such as for example in warehouses and machine halls a light surface conservation with commercial spray oil will be sufficient and in addition, a regular relubrication every 6 months. For extension of lifetime the WINKEL Bearings 4.054 up to 4.064 are relubricatable. Generally, the relubrication holes are closed with threaded plugs M6. The bearings are delivered without grease nipple. In case of special environmental conditions such as dust, incur of dirt, moisture, outdoor operations, temperatures over 40 °C, frequent load changes (continuous operation) and heavy duty the bearings should be relubricated at least one time per month. For this we would recommend to you to use our lubrication system WINKEL Combi-Lub 1 or a central lubrication system. WINKEL Bearings are lubricated with grease grade 3 (e.g. Shell Gadus S2 V100 3). Working up For welding operations on WINKEL Bearings with a diameter less than 100 mm, all bearing components must be disassembled. WINKEL Bearings with an outer diameter more than 130 mm must be welded on both sides. After the assembly of the bearings, or after the adjusting operation, the front side screws should be secured with loctite. In order to avoid tension cracks during welding, only cored wire for unalloyed steels should be used, e. g. cored wire T 46 6 M M 1 H5 according to ISO 17 632.
