138 Korrosionsschutz für WINKEL-Rollen: HARTCHROM-Beschichtung HARTCHROM-Beschichtung Die HARTCHROM-Beschichtung ist eine extrem haftfeste, rissarme, dichte, harte und hochreine Chrombeschichtung mit einer Kugelstruktur im Mikrobereich. Es handelt sich um eine rein metallische Chromschicht mit einer Schichtstärke von 2-12 µm. Der Verchromungsprozess wird in geschlossener Reaktortechnik in einem Temperaturbereich von 50-60 °C durchgeführt. Ein Verzug der Bauteilgeometrie ist somit ausgeschlossen.
