140 Komponenten-Systeme | Components systems WINKEL-Rollen | WINKEL Bearings Korrosionsschutz für WINKEL-Rollen: Duralloy ® -Beschichtung Duralloy ® -Schicht Die Duralloy ® Dünnschicht-Verchromung ist eine extrem harte, dichte, haftfeste, sehr dünne und hochreine Chrom- beschichtung, die auf allen Metallen (außer Magnesium und Titan) abgeschieden werden kann. Da der Prozess unterhalb von 60 ° C Badtemperaturen abläuft, ist ein Verzug der beschichteten Bauteile ausgeschlossen. Vorteile der Duralloy ® -Beschichtung: Härte / Verschleißschutz Die Duralloy ® Beschichtung besteht aus 99 % reinem Chrom. Die Schichthärte beträgt ca. 1200 HV und die Überrollbela- stung geprüft unter EHD-Bedingungen beträgt 2800 Mpa. Haftung Die Bindung der Duralloy ® -Schicht zum Grundsubstrat ist molekularer Natur. Ein Abheben der Schicht zum Grundmate- rial ist nahezu unmöglich. Tribologie / geringe Reibungskoeffizienten Die besondere Kugelstruktur der Duralloy ® -Oberfläche ermöglicht die Bildung von Schmierstoff-Taschen und schafft somit ein Ölreservoir für extreme Bedingungen wie z.B. Mangel- schmierung. Außerdem trägt die Kugelstruktur dazu bei, den Reib- koeffizienten deutlich herabzusetzen. Korrosionsschutz Die Duralloy ® Strukturchrom-Schicht schützt das Grund- material dauerhaft gegen chemische und mechanische Korrosionsprozesse. Die Duralloy ® -Schicht ist im Gegensatz zu Hartchrom-Beschichtungen rissfrei. Alle WINKEL-Rollen in diesem Katalog sind auf Anfrage in Duralloy ® -beschichteter Ausführung erhältlich. Corrosion protection for WINKEL Bearings: Duralloy ® -coating The Duralloy ® -coating The Duralloy ® -coating is an extremly hard, precise, very thin and ultrapure metallic chromium layer, which is characterized by an excellent adhesive. The plating can be deposited on all types of metals, except Magnesium and Titanium. Due to the low process temperature of under 60 °C no chan- ges to the structure of the base material occur during plating, this essiential advantage of the process ensures shape and hardness stability for any manufactures components. Advantages of the Duralloy ® -coating: Hardness/Wear protection The Duralloy ® surface consist of at least 99 % pure chrome. The plating hardness is approximatly 1200 HV and the over- run load under EHD-conditions reaches around 2.800 Mpa. Adherence The bonding from the Duralloy ® surface on the substrate is from molecular nature. It is nearly impossible that the coating peels away from the ground material. Tribology/low friction coefficient The special structure of the DURALLOY ® surface forms a con- verging gap geometry and enables the creation of pockets of lubricant. The lubricant pockets also form an oil reservoir for extreme conditions as for example where there is starved lubrication. Furthermore the special structure contributes the reduction of the friction coefficient considerable. Protection against corrosion The special structure of Duralloy ® protects the ground mate- rial against chemical and mechanical corrosion.
